The boring-but-useful answers — delivery, formats, refunds, licensing.
How do I get my files?+
The second your card goes through, a download link arrives in your inbox from our checkout partner. The link stays live so you can re-download if you swap machines.
Can I use the clips and photos commercially?+
Clip packs and LUTs ship with a royalty-free commercial licence — use them in client edits, ads and socials. Photo downloads are personal-use only (printing for yourself); commercial licensing is available on request.
Refunds?+
Digital goods can't be un-downloaded, so refunds aren't standard — but if a file is broken or the pack isn't what was advertised, email me and I'll sort it.
Do framed prints ship outside the UK?+
UK-wide as standard via our print partner. EU and worldwide are possible on request — message me before ordering and I'll quote shipping.
VAT and tax?+
VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and handled by our payment partner. Invoices land in your inbox with the rest of the download details.
Custom shoot instead?+
The store is for off-the-shelf stuff. If you want your own car, your own event, your own brand — that's the day job. Head to the contact form.
